Our hats are designed and finished in Australia and hand-made by a range of skilled artisans in the USA, Mexico, China and the Dominican Republic. We regularly visit our factories to ensure sustainable and ethical practices are being upheld and trace all elements of the supply chain to ensure our hats are being responsibly made with responsibly sourced materials. All of our factories have BSCI certification.
Our wool is 100% Australian, and our straw and palm are sustainably grown, replenished and re-grown for future use. Our HQ in Burleigh Heads runs on solar power, while all orders are shipped out in 100% recycled cardboard boxes and our swing tags are made from 100% recycled paper.
